I offer an 8-week relational somatic container on Zoom: same day, same time each week, creating conditions for contact with your body, your experience, and reality as it is.
This work isn’t about fixing or optimizing you, but learning to stay—without flinching—in the presence of what becomes possible when nothing is wrong.
