FAQ

This work may resonate with people who are interested in slowing down, becoming more honest about their experience, and developing a different relationship with themselves, their body, and reality as it is.

It’s less oriented toward symptom management or optimization, and more toward contact, capacity, and participation in a natural process.

I don’t frame this work primarily through diagnosis, pathology, or treatment.

My orientation is relational, experiential, and educational. That said, many people naturally find themselves engaging emotionally, psychologically, and physically in the process.

Eight weeks is long enough for rhythm, continuity, and relationship to begin developing, while still remaining bounded and approachable.

The structure helps create conditions for sustained contact rather than one-off insight or performance.

Part of the intention is not to become someone’s permanent container, but to help support the development of ongoing conditions for contact in the rest of their life.

The 8-week container is built around continuity and commitment. Paying up front helps create a clear and stable container for the work, rather than an ongoing series of individual sessions.

Consistency matters.

Part of the work is allowing the nervous system to experience continuity, predictability, and enough space for something deeper than strategizing or crisis management to emerge.

An exploratory call is a brief conversation to get a sense of whether the work feels like a good fit.

Consultations are longer, paid sessions intended to be more educational in nature. They’re a space to explore how the nervous system works in general through the lens of my training and experience, ask questions, and orient to what this work is all about.

If you’re interested in engaging more directly in experiential work during a consultation session, that’s also welcome—just let me know beforehand.

Consultations are not intended to function as an ongoing container. If you think you may want continued relational work together, I’d encourage you to consider the 8-week container instead.

At the moment, I work primarily on Zoom.

You probably don’t need absolute certainty.

If something in the language or orientation of the work resonates, that’s enough reason to reach out and explore further.
