About Me

I’m interested in the conditions under which human beings begin to come back into contact with themselves.
Over time, I’ve become less interested in fixing, optimizing, or explaining experience, and more interested in what becomes possible when there is enough space, support, honesty, and attunement for experience to unfold at its own pace.
My work is relational, experiential, and grounded in respect for the intelligence of the nervous system.
Since completing Somatic Experiencing International’s professional training program, my work has gradually developed its own orientation and language.
I live in Portland, Oregon and work primarily on Zoom.
