Eight-Week Container
An eight-week, once-a-week, one-hour commitment to practicing contact.
Two nervous systems meeting inside real limits, staying when it gets uncomfortable, quiet, or charged.
This is not therapy. It is not medical care. It is not crisis support.
It is structured relational practice. Many people arrive here after years of therapy or personal growth work. You don’t need to reject that path to enter this one.
We meet the same day and time each week for eight consecutive weeks. The hour begins and ends on time. If you are late, we use the time remaining. Missed sessions are not rescheduled. Consistency is part of the work. Nervous systems learn reliability through limit, not flexibility or rescue.
In session we track what is happening as it happens — sensation, impulse, reaction, confusion, connection, silence. We do not chase insight or catharsis. We do not perform healing. We stay with what is here and observe what shifts when it is not avoided.
You do not need to be in crisis. You do need to be willing to show up honestly and remain when it becomes awkward, quiet, or charged.
Practical frame
We meet on Zoom.
You arrive sober, clothed, and oriented.
This is relational space — not sexualized, therapeutic, or performative.
We speak from what is happening now rather than narrating it from distance.
The container ends at eight weeks. After that, you decide what is next.
Cost
Sliding scale $1000–$1400 for the full eight weeks, paid in advance.
Paying up front establishes commitment. It removes auditioning and exit ramps. Commitment is part of the container.
Scheduling
We meet once a week for eight consecutive weeks. Specific day and time are set together before we begin and remain consistent for the duration of the container.
If you are late, we use the time remaining. Missed sessions are not rescheduled.
